The Garden Club of
Virginia Journal is designed to address the interests and
promote the activities of The Garden Club of Virginia and
its members. Organized to enhance and strengthen
communication within The GCV, the Journal keeps members
informed about Garden Club of Virginia activities with a
focus on the primary concerns of our organization: garden
and landscape restoration, horticulture, conservation and
beautification.
The content of the Journal provides a
balance of Garden Club of Virginia news and events, regular
columns, club news, creative pieces, and information about
GCV flower shows, including color photos of winning entries.

The Garden Club of Virginia Journal
typically is 20 to 24 pages in length and in magazine
format. The cover design often honors the host club of
either the Annual Meeting in May or the Board of Governors
Meeting in October.
The Garden Club of Virginia Journal is
issued quarterly: March, June, September and December.
Articles are submitted by the membership to the editor for
review and publication.
