GCV Journal Advertising

The Garden Club of Virginia, a non-profit organization, publishes the Garden Club of Virginia Journal to educate more than 3,400 members within 47 clubs throughout Virginia.  The Journal is a 24 page magazine, 5-1/2” by 8-1/2”, in a two column format, issued quarterly.

Specs: Camera-ready art must be provided in PDF format.
Deadlines: Ad copy and payment must be received by the publication’s deadline as follows:

January 15	March Journal
April 15	June Journal
July 15	September Journal
October 15	December Journal

Discounts: 15% discount will apply, if advertising in all four publications
Rates: Black & White ads may be enhanced with PMS 348 highlight at no additional charge.  There is limited space available for full color ads.
